Each of us has centers of concentrated energy in our human bio-field that eastern holistic and spiritual practitioners call “chakras” (Sanskrit term for “wheel.”) These energy centers support our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Stress can affect the balance of these centers. In class we will cover the what, where and how of the major chakras. You will be learning and practice specific methods that correspond with the balancing and strengthening of these centers and be given resources so you can incorporate your new awareness into your life. Wear loose comfortable clothing to class and bring your personal water bottle.
